We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this website.

We only access what is needed to fix the reported issue, we do not copy or retain your personal files, and access ends the moment the session closes.

If you use our social media management service, you may grant us access to your social accounts or provide login/collaboration permissions. We use this access solely to create, schedule, publish and manage content and engagement on your behalf. We keep your credentials confidential, use them only for the agreed work, and remove our access promptly when our engagement ends or at your request.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it in these limited situations:

  • Trusted service providers that help us operate (for example, remote-support and scheduling tools), who may only process data on our instructions;
  • Platforms you ask us to work with on your behalf, such as the social networks you want managed;
