This page explains the limits of what we promise, so there are no surprises later. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which also apply.
General information
Everything on this website, including our help articles, is provided for general information. It is written to be genuinely useful, but it cannot account for your particular equipment, software or circumstances. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not treat it as a substitute for having someone look at your actual problem.
Following our guides is at your own risk
Our help articles describe steps you can take yourself. You follow them at your own risk. Changing settings, removing software or altering a device can have effects we cannot predict from here. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose before you begin. If you would rather not do it yourself, contact us and we will do it for you.
No guarantee of a fix
We will always tell you honestly what we think is wrong and what can be done. However, not every problem can be solved remotely, and some hardware is genuinely beyond repair. Where we cannot fix a problem covered by our no-fix, no-fee terms, you do not pay for that work — but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, timescale, or that a problem will not recur.
Your data and backups
You remain responsible for your own data. We take reasonable care during any remote session, but we strongly recommend a current backup before any work begins. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of data that was not backed up.
Social media results
Social media management is an ongoing effort, not a guaranteed result. We do not promise a specific number of followers, level of engagement, volume of enquiries or amount of revenue. Platforms change their rules and their algorithms without notice, and results vary between businesses and over time.
Third-party services and links
We may reference or link to services we do not control, such as Microsoft, Apple, Google, Meta, PayPal or your internet provider. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or conduct, and a link is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with them are between you and them.
We are independent
InxtantHelp is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or otherwise connected to Microsoft, Apple, Google, Meta, or any other manufacturer, platform or internet service provider. Any brand names used on this site are used only to describe the products and services we can help with, and remain the property of their respective owners.
How we will and will not contact you
We will never telephone you out of the blue to tell you that we have detected a virus, an error or a problem on your computer. We have no way of knowing that, and nobody legitimate does. We will never ask for remote access to your device before you have contacted us and agreed what the work is and what it costs, and we will never ask you to pay by gift card, cryptocurrency or bank transfer to an individual. If you receive a call like that claiming to be from us, it is not us — please hang up and report it.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are current at the time of publication and may change. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm to you in writing before the work starts. Always check any payment amount against what we quoted you.
Availability
We aim to keep this website and our services available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
